We're seeking experienced and certified Reformer Pilates Instructors to join a dynamic, high-energy team delivering exceptional classes under a modern, community-focused concept. Key Responsibilities

- Teach engaging 45-50 minute Reformer Pilates classes following brand methodology and format.

- Deliver a premium client experience through professional cueing, strong communication, and motivational energy.

- Maintain studio presentation standards - punctuality, cleanliness, and professionalism are essential.

- Build and nurture member relationships to strengthen community engagement and retention.

- Participate in workshops, events, and team initiatives that support continuous development and brand growth.

What We're Looking For

- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, Polestar, BASI, or equivalent)

- Minimum 1 year experience of instructing Group Reformer Pilates, small-group training, and private Pilates sessions

- Energetic, polished, and professional personality with strong communication skills

- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

- Passionate about results, movement, and fostering community connection

- Adaptable and able to follow established class structure and delivery standards

- Salary: AED 12,000 - 20,000/month (based on attendees and number of classes)
