As a Consultant, Franchise Operations (At Home channel), you'll serve as a cornerstone of sustainable development and growth, driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. We're seeking a dedicated leader with an analytical mindset, commercially savvy, and a true ambassador for our beloved brands.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Utilise your strong analytical skills to help build insights and identify business opportunities to aid in our decision-making process and drive growth.
  • Support the Franchise Operations Senior Director in integrating all materials and presentations for weekly, monthly, and milestone meetings with internal stakeholders and bottlers.
  • Collaborate with various functions to prepare materials essential for key stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate and disseminate Commercial and financial plans, ensuring that the Franchise Operations Director and respective bottlers are supplied with necessary materials.
  • Serve as a program support lead, assisting in the execution of national and regional innovation and activation initiatives alongside the Franchise Operations Senior Director and team.
  • Act as a critical liaison for franchise planning and executing collaborations with bottlers, including Market Integration Teams (MITs), market visits, bottler conferences, and sales meetings.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders across the franchise unit, Operating Unit (OU) functions, and bottlers, as well as engage with external customers, advisors, and other crucial parties to help achieve our outcomes and growth ambition.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing and commercial experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven knowledge of marketing principles and operational execution.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Initiative, eagerness to learn, strategic mindset, and high adaptability.
  • Expertise in commercial planning, channel/shopper marketing, process management, system economics, and analytical thinking required.
  • Broad expertise in value to market, revenue growth management, financial acumen, and bottler operations/system knowledge desirable.

  • Iconic & Innovative Brands: You'll represent over 250 products and some of the world's most beloved brands, such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, and Powerade.
  • Expansive & Diverse Customers: Our collaborative partners range from retail and grocery outlets to Discounters, Online Retail and emerging channels such as Hardware.
