This role is responsible for delivering outcomes associated with the Technical Readiness Leader position in a major FMCG brownfield manufacturing project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical readiness strategy and gate reviews.
  • Coordinate FAT/SAT, commissioning and qualification activities.
  • Ensure validation and documentation readiness.
  • Manage startup technical risks.
  • Support troubleshooting during ramp-up.

Success Measures

  • On-time technical readiness.
  • Successful qualification/validation.
  • Minimal startup losses.
  • Stable process performance.

Requirements

  • Business-level Japanese and English
  • 10+ years FMCG or related manufacturing experience
  • 5+ years in the project role as process engineer or Technical leader
