We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Female Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist to join a brand-new luxury wellness club launching in Kuwait.

About the Role:

As a Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist, you will specialize in advanced recovery and body contouring treatments while supporting clients on their wellness journeys. You will work within a modern, high-end environment designed to promote recovery, self-care, and long-term wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments

- Deliver post-operative recovery massage treatments

- Perform body sculpting and contouring treatments

- Provide facial lymphatic drainage and face sculpting services

- Educate clients on wellness, recovery, and treatment benefits

- Recommend personalized treatment plans

- Maintain exceptional hygiene and treatment room standards

- Deliver outstanding luxury customer service

- Support wellness events, workshops, and community initiatives when required

- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience

- Professional spoken and written English

- Certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage

- Certification in Post-Operative Recovery Massage

- Strong knowledge of wellness and recovery therapies

- Tax-free salary of 700 KWD per month

- Attractive commission structure:

30% commission on the first three massage appointments each day

40% commission from the fourth massage onwards

20% commission on sauna services

30% commission on workshops
