A Pilates and wellness studio is seeking a passionate and qualified Female Pilates Instructor to join the founding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new, mindful wellness space built around Pilates, wellbeing, and quality movement education. The studio will focus on delivering safe, effective, and engaging sessions while creating a welcoming and supportive community for clients.

About the Studio

A boutique Pilates concept centered around Pilates, Wellness & Mindful Movement. The studio will offer both private and small group sessions in a professional, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead group and one-on-one Pilates sessions (Mat & Reformer)

- Design structured and progressive class plans tailored to clients' abilities and goals

- Provide clear demonstrations and hands-on/verbal corrections to ensure safety and proper form

- Modify exercises for beginners, advanced clients, and those with injuries or special conditions

- Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback

- Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional studio environment

- Ensure equipment safety and adherence to health & safety standards

- Build strong client relationships to support retention and consistency

- Stay up to date with continuing education and current Pilates practices

Requirements

- Certified Pilates Instructor from a recognized institution (Balanced Body or equivalent preferred)

- Experience teaching both Mat and Reformer Pilates

- Minimum 1 year of professional teaching experience

- Experience delivering private and group Reformer classes

- Ability to teach both beginner and advanced levels

- English proficiency (professional or strong conversational - spoken and written)

- CPR & First Aid certification (preferred)

- University degree in Physical Therapy, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field (advantageous but not mandatory)

- Additional apparatus experience (Cadillac, Chair, Tower) is a plus

Package & Benefits

- Salary: 15 000 SAR per month (accommodation allowance & transportation allowance is included in this salary)

- 50% Commission on PT done outside of working hours

- 25% Commission on PT done inside of working hours
