An exclusive, multi-level luxury wellness and fitness destination in Kuwait is seeking experienced Full-Time Pilates Instructors to join its elite team. Role Overview

The Full-Time Pilates Instructor will deliver high-quality private and group Pilates sessions, including pre- and postnatal classes, ensuring safe, effective, and personalized instruction for a diverse membership base. The ideal candidate is professional, motivated, client-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional Pilates experiences while contributing to the club's reputation as a leading wellness destination.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional, safe, and engaging Mat and Reformer Pilates sessions for individuals and groups

- Instruct correct posture, alignment, breathing, and controlled movement

- Modify exercises to accommodate varying fitness levels, injuries, and physical limitations

- Safely conduct pre- and postnatal Pilates sessions, following best practice guidelines

- Design personalized Pilates programs and progression plans for private clients

- Maintain accurate records of client attendance, progress, and feedback

- Ensure proper setup, use, and care of Pilates equipment and studio spaces

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment at all times

- Adhere to all club policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards

- Build strong relationships with members to support retention and satisfaction

- Report any incidents, injuries, or client concerns promptly to management

- Participate in internal training, professional development, and team collaboration

- Support marketing initiatives, promotional events, and member engagement activities when required

Candidate Requirements

- Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat, Reformer & equipment) from a recognized institution (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, PEAK, or equivalent) *online-only certifications not accepted*

- Minimum 1-3 years of professional Pilates teaching experience in a studio, gym, or wellness environment

- Experience teaching all-level Pilates, including equipment-based sessions

- Pre- and postnatal Pilates certification or experience strongly preferred

- Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills

- English proficiency required (professional spoken and written); Arabic is a plus

- Professional appearance, positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and high attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage accurate client records effectively

- Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working professionally under high-demand periods

- Passion for delivering exceptional member experience, maintaining high retention, and promoting the studio's premium brand

- Commitment to continuous professional development, attending workshops, trainings, and other learning opportunities

- Familiarity with studio operations, equipment, and scheduling systems

- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards

Working Schedule

- 6 days per week

- Club operating hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM

- 12-15 classes per week under basic salary

- Additional private training sessions assigned based on demand and availability

- Class schedule determined by club programming and operational needs

Compensation & Benefits

- Tax-free monthly Basic Salary: Up to KWD 800 per month (approximately US$ 2 600)

- 40% Personal Training Commission

- Accommodation Support: Provided for up to 2 months for international hires

- Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave per year

- Annual Return Air Ticket to home country

- Employment Visa Provided

- Paid Public Holidays & Sick Leave as per Kuwait Labor Law

- Club-branded uniform (t-shirts) provided

- Education support or competition sponsorship may be considered after one year of service
