We are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate female Pilates/Lagree Instructor to join a newly opening Lagree Studio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company will provide Lagree training.

The Package:

- tax-free monthly salary up to 15 000SAR (approximately US$4000)

- 25% commission on PT if during working hours

- 40% commission on PT if outside working hours

- Annual bonus based on achieving target

- Accommodation allowance OR provided accommodation

- Pilates Certification

- Lagree Experience (Beneficial but not a must)

    Requirements:

    - Pilates Certification

    - Minimum 2 years experience in group classes

    - English speaking

    - Works well in a team

    - Friendly, flexible, professional


      Essential duties and responsibilities:

      - Conduct group and individual Lagree classes based on the needs and goals of the studio and clients.

      - Learn how to implement the company's program.

      - Provide personalized instruction and guidance to clients, ensuring proper form , technique, and safety.

      - Develop and modify exercises programs to meet the specific needs and abilities of each client.

      - Assist clients to reach their goal and tracking their progress.

      - Educate clients about the principles of lagree, benefits of specific exercises, and proper body posture.

      - Maintain a clean and studio space, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working conditions.

      - Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in Lagree communities and she will be part of lagree academy to improve the skills.

      - Provide exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients and addressing their concerns or questions.

      - Collaborate with other instructors and studio staff to create a supportive and effective environment.

      - Reporting to the management weekly about classes, clients & schedules.
