The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a Demand Planner Manager to drive the Kraft Heinz Business Management within the organization. Been a focus point for long term data (capacity) and short discussion to drive sales in the right direction. Owner of the forecast accuracy and BIAS KPIS as well an enabler for Top Line results to be materialized.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop & Maintain rolling 12-24 month forecast based on statistical models, historical data & market intelligence.
  • Update forecast for new products, seasonal products, discounts, promotions.
  • Lead monthly S&OP Demand Reviews with multifunctional teams(Sales, Marketing, Finance & Supply)to gather all needed inputs and information to enable faster and accurate decision making.
  • Lead and ensure adherence on the Weekly & Monthly demand cycles within the S&OP team and multifunctional teams.
  • Analyze demand drivers (Trends, Seasonality, pricing, elasticity) and adjust models accordingly.
  • Work Closely with multifunctional teams on the short term horizon to ensure business delivery vs Commitment.
  • Highlight potential risks on the short or long term from demand POV while developing effective mitigation plans.
  • Track Forecast accuracy while identifying root causes of variances and drive continuous improvement.
  • Refine demand planning tools, Process & KPIs. Lead & Support for systems upgrade (ERP, Advanced Planning systems)
  • Partner with supply planning teams to balance service levels, Safety stocks and working capital.
  • Manage, Train and mentor Demand planners & analysts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is in Engineering, Business Management or International Trade or Logistics
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in FMCG is preferred
  • Leadership skills
  • Communication skills
  • Fluent in English
