Job Description

The Production Supervisor is a member of the plant leadership team and plays a key role in providing management and leadership to deliver business results and operational improvements. Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production employees
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Train and develop team members
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as needed
• Address and resolve operational issues
• Maintain accurate records and prepare production reports
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality regulations

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
