1. Use herbs and spices
There are lots of healthy herbs
and spices you can use. Ginger and turmeric both have potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Try and use a variety of herbs and spices, many
of them can have powerful beneficial effects on your health.
2. Avoid trans fats
Artificial trans fats are
incredibly unhealthy and are strongly linked to inflammation and heart disease –
avoid them at all costs!
3. Lift weights
Lifting weights is incredibly beneficial
to your health while strengthening your body and body composition. It can also improve
your metabolic health, and insulin sensitivity.
4. Saturated fats aren’t all bad
While saturated fats can raise
cholesterol, they also raise HDL (“good” cholesterol), and are linked to a
lower risk of heart disease. In fact, many new studies have found there is no
link between saturated fat consumption and heart disease.
