As part of the responsibility to drive initiatives both internally and externally, AB InBev has created a Diversity & Inclusion Council for our European business.

The DEI Council is built on five key pillars, each of which is led by a senior leader who is passionate about the topic:

People & Workplace Pillar: Led by the VP of Finance, Alexandre Pouille, and focuses on how we can develop a pipeline of diverse talents and foster an inclusive workplace where all our people can thrive.

Value Chain Pillar: Led by VP Procurement & Sustainability, Ingrid De Ryck, and ensures that our DEI efforts are reflected throughout our value chain, enabling inclusive growth with our diverse partners.

Customers Pillar: Led by BU West President Brian Perkins and working towards enabling inclusive growth for retailers through digital transformation, social and financial programs, and policies.
