In an ever-evolving world of diverse identities, it’s important to keep on top of the appropriate language, behavior and attitudes to display towards everyone to ensure an inclusive environment. Our fantastic range of panels will focus on all gender identities and sexual orientations within the LGBTQ+ community, and identities beyond. Not only is it important to understand what these labels mean, but with WorkPride providing panels where the varied experiences of marginalized communities are discussed, it also allows participants to expand their knowledge of how other identities navigate the workplace and wider society.
