Hi, I’m Pavandeep, I use the pronouns she/her/hers. I am a working mum and ally! I am passionate about Talent Acquisition, focusing on attracting diverse “emerging talent” and encouraging the very best minds into the workplace here at Parexel. It's key to our company’s development to invest in our future talent - something I am truly enthusiastic about!

At Parexel, I look after emerging/new talent development programs across EMEA, as well as helping launch and manage internal development programs.

Diversity Equity and Inclusion Group and Pride Committees

Parexel provides exciting opportunities for LGBTQ+ employees to connect with others who share similar experiences through local and regional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion groups and committees. The LGBTQ+ Pride committee serves as a platform for advocacy and helps drive positive changes for a more inclusive workplace. Pride month is actively celebrated and promoted during the month of June, although it should be noted such activity is actually all year round, not just for one month.

Training and Education

Parexel invests in comprehensive training and education programs that promote LGBTQ+ awareness and understanding amongst all employees. Open dialogue and educational resources enable employees to develop the necessary tools and knowledge to create an inclusive work environment. There are training opportunities held throughout the year, as well as participating in myGwork-led initiatives.
