Recent research suggests around just a quarter of bi women, and only one in eight bi men feel they can be out at work.

Often bisexual staff feel they are subjected to assumptions that they may find demeaning or inappropriate.

It varies from industry to industry, of course, but overall those are remarkable figures - at a time when the equivalent figures on being out at work are more like one in two of lesbians and gay men, and more than a decade since we were supposedly all now equal in the workplace with non-discrimination laws in place.

Join us for an evening discussion of being bi in the workplace, its highs and lows, what might be done to improve things and how we could support one another.
