Join our new BAME Sessional Worker Rachael for her first event at Brixton Pound Cafe on Saturday 10th November 2018 at 12pm outside of the cafe to come together to enjoy great food, discussion and community building.

The Brixton Pound Cafe is an accessible pay-what-you-can community café who offer a delicious variety of veggie and vegan options. Afterwards, we will take a leisurely walk to Black Cultural Archives which is the only national heritage centre preserving and celebrating the histories of African and Caribbean people in Britain to view the latest free exhibition on display. I am very excited to meet both exisiting members of opening doors london and newcomers for this event to engage and grow BAME LGBT over 50s+ events within London especially to those who are very isolated. I will be standing outside of the cafe from 11.45am.
