We are hosting a joint speaker event with the LGBT+ Pride Network at Bank of America Merryl Lynch. The inspirational speaker for the event is the UK Black Pride co-founder Lady Phyll. UK Black Pride "promotes unity and co-operation among all Black people of African, Asian, Caribbean, Middle Eastern and Latin American descent, as well as their friends and families, who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender." Lady Phyll will talk about her experiences of being an ethnic and sexual minority, the intersectionality of diversity and the work of UK Black Pride and give practical advice and tools to be (more) BAME-inclusive.
