Hear from senior-level museum employees about creating a museum-wide advocacy policy, get an overview of laws that protect LGBTQ employees, and learn how to navigate within your institution if laws are not followed.
Hear from mid-level museum employees about how to work strategically to make change within your museum.
And hear from entry-level museum employees about how to approach management with questions and concerns about policy.
Breakout sessions following the presentations will allow deeper discussions within these topics.
