Coffee Break with Tuvia Borok

Coffee Breaks is a brand-new digital series brought to you by LGBTQ+ workplace equality experts, mygwork.

About this Event

These sessions will explore issues important to the LGBTQ+ community and highlight some of the amazing work being done to push forward equality and inclusion.

Each week we will interview a different change-maker, ranging from discussions with activists, to creatives to community groups and charities. These 30-minute sessions hosted by Chloe Davies, mygwork's Head of PR, will explore how we can push forward LGBTQ+ equality, support vulnerable LGBTQ+ people and educate our audience on issues important to our community.

This week we will be sitting down with Tuvia Borok, CEO and Co-Founder of The P3 Network.

At its core, P3 believes that family is family – irrespective of sexual orientation or family make-up, and that at the heart of every family is love. Love doesn’t discriminate. We represent non-traditional and under- represented families (both LGBT+ and non-).

Established in 2014, today P3 actively supports individuals across the UK and professionals in over 80 UK multinationals, government and regulatory agencies, and has run 3 global community engagement campaigns. P3 provides access to an authentic, bespoke and diverse network of experts, parents and prospective parents. As of February 2020, P3 supports approximately 3500 families and prospective families.

P3 are there for its members throughout the life cycle: from exploring options to creating a family, though to discussions with employers on inclusive leave policies, return to work mentoring, social engagement with other non-traditional and under-represented families, and even engagement with schools to ensure inclusivity.
