Most leaders encounter dozens of cultures daily. It’s impossible to master all the norms and values of each culture, but effective leadership does require some adaptation in approach and strategy. Review ten cultural value dimensions and the way they influence behaviour of the ten largest cultural clusters in the world.

o Recognise the differences and similarities in cultural values and their relevance in interactions across cultures
