Diversity and Inclusion Peer Support Group
The CIPD Northamptonshire branch in partnership with the University of Northanpton is setting up a networking and support group for Diversity and Inclusion practitioners. Each session will focus on a particular aspect of D&I and will include a workshop, discussion and sharing of policies and best practise.
The topic for the meeting on Wednesday 26 February will be LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace - as part of LGBT+ history month the group will focus on LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace and facilitate a discussion on challenges HR practioners can face and what practices and policies they can use to support positive change in this area.

What is the event timing?
Registration will take place at 18:00 when coffee and muffins will be served; the session will then run from 18:15 to 20:00

Car parking details at the University of Northampton will be confirmed on booking your place to attend.

This event is free to attend.
