We believe that the focus should be on intersectionality instead of individual differences, and it's important that all organisations are looking to support everyone bringing their authentic self to work. So we created 'Diversity by Default' - a series of events that run up and down the UK to stimulate debate and discussion as to how to build tryly inclusive workplaces and societies covering pan-network themes that really matter.

The latest in this series will be held on World Mental Health day which this year happens to fall a day prior to National Coming Out day, therefore we are taking this opportunity to discuss how the process of having to come out to yourself and others impacts on your mental health and how technology can be either supportive or detrimental to this process.
