We invite you to attend a special Diversity Network event to help us recognise LGBT+ History month. We will use this event to formally launch our Trust’s new Transgender Care policy.

• Ella Davies-Smith, Diversity Network Lead for LGBT+

• Members of the Gloucestershire trans community

This event is open to all Trust colleagues. Come along to:

• Learn about the history of LGBT rights in the UK

• hear feedback from our participation in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index

• find out about our next steps for 2020/21

• learn about our new Transgender Care policy which supports colleagues and patients alike

• listen to stories from trans people

• connect and get to know other people in the Trust
