Dynamic Meditation Workshop **The Applied Mindfulness Series**

Dynamic Meditation Workshop - Part of the Applied Mindfulness Series

Delivered by Dr Gary Wood

Top athletes always start with a picture of the finishing line. Then, they dwell on it, creating a compelling picture of the future. Being about to use imagery and visualize are key skills for elite performance. It helps to set up the expectation in the brain that what you see is what you’ll get.

In this fun, interactive workshop you can learn those skills too. Rather than just mindfully monitoring your breath, it’s a dynamic form of meditation that you can use to support your health, wellbeing, and goals.

No previous knowledge needed. The workshop leader will guide you through a series of meditation and visualization exercises.

It’s more about taking part than taking notes. It’s also about getting together to co-create a fun, safe space. It's part of Dr Gary Wood's Applied Mindfulness Series of Workshops.

Please note: The workshop design assumes 'average' ability in terms of mobility, literacy, and sensory abilities. If you have specific requirements or additional, please make these known at the time of booking to ascertain if the course will be helpful to you.
