Led by the LGBTQ+ & Allies in Business Club, we’ll have „Worlds Collide“ and delve into what it means to drive D&I when transforming a business, and what it takes to be a powerful ally.

Matt Makaila, Vice President, Head of Merger Related Services, and Heike Fiedler-Phelps, Senior Manager from SAP will set the stage with their joint keynote before we continue with EY and KPMG in our first panel on Driving D&I Transformation, moderated by Esade's own Mandeep Jangi.

You will then have a chance to dive deeper, joining one of three breakout sessions led by EY, PepsiCo, and SAP. The event will conclude by business leaders from PepsiCo, Oracle, and P&G with the Allyship panel before you will get a chance to network with the panelists and other business attendants in a relaxed atmosphere.

The event is a collaboration effort with the Spanish D&I Network REDI, and you will have the opportunity to network with business leaders of the network at their cocktail mixer in Barcelona after our event has concluded.
