Trained yoga instructor Kat Hobbs delivers weekly livestreamed yoga classes via our Facebook page, every Friday. Look after your body and mind with their easy to follow (and pretty darned fun) online sessions.
The classes are for everyone, regardless of experience, and only require a mat or towel on the floor to exercise on.
