Have you ever wondered how companies have been able to develop successful LGBT+ Employee and Allies Programmes?
Join us on November 7th and learn from leading companies in the area how and why they created and developed their LGBT+ Employee and Allies programmes.
Each company will speak about their journey from concept to current status and their aims for the future. Some have only been on their journey for a year. One has been actively running a programme for 25 years. We will talk about the importance of true inclusion rather than a tick box exercise and we have also invited Reading University to speak on being inclusive within University.
Once the speakers have shared their experiences there will be a panel discussion where the audience can ask the speakers more questions.
After the presentations and discussion panel we will be providing lunch and an opportunity to network with the speakers and other participants.
Who are the speakers?
Lorna McArdle, CEO, Founder, Support U
Adam Boulding, Procter & Gamble
3M - Speaker to be confirmed
Simon Chandler-Wilde, Former Reading University Diversity and Inclusion Dean
Thames Water - Speaker to be confirmed
After the event, you will be able to register your interest in attending a workshop.
Attendance numbers are limited, so if you are keen to attend we recommend that you book early.
