Emmy Award-winning actress Laverne Cox delivers a powerful and empowering message about self-acceptance and love, moving audiences to respect and appreciate all individuals and advocate for positive change. Cox, who portrays Sophia Burset on the Netflix series “Orange is the New Black,” is the first transgender woman of color to have a leading role on a mainstream scripted television show and first to appear on the cover of “TIME” magazine.
