LGBT+ Allies: Part 2 – LGBT+ Inclusivity in the workplace

About the event: This section of the event is an informal panel discussion with representatives from Chester Pride, Bank of America, the University of Chester, Lloyds and more discussing LGBT+ inclusivity in the workplace. Representatives from these different organisations will discuss what makes an employer really inclusive versus just paying lip service. The session will be about making real changes for LGBT+ inclusivity.

Who is it for: Do you wear a rainbow lanyard? Then this session is for you! This is a great session for students to attend to discover what they should look for in an inclusive employer when going into the workplace.

All staff, students and visitors are welcome to attend.
