Members of the Ally Network help cultivate an inclusive culture. You are not expected to be experts on sexuality and gender. You are simply committed to ongoing learning and examining your own biases.

Essentially Ally's are a visible presence in support of the LGBT community within an organisation.

Our workshop is delivered in modules and it starts with, What does a good ally look like?

You will also learn about Enabling Behaviours, Active Listening, Professional Distance and, finally, 'You' as an Ally!

Our one day course is fun, interactive and allows you to meet other business leaders who are stepping up as workplace Ally's too.
