Invitation to all members, supporters and stakeholders of LGBT Bristol to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to determine our future following cessation of funding.

We are moving from a staffed organisation to an unstaffed voluntary organisation which will necessitate fundamental change to continue. We invite LGBT+ people in Bristol to come and support the continuation of a group that will continue to provide a voice for all LGBT+ in Bristol and to campaign for what is determined to be important.

Should a decision be taken not to continue or if there are too few people to lead the new organisation, a further decision will need to be taken for how the remaining monies will shared among groups that share the same aims and objectives as LGBT Bristol.

If we are advised not to hold a public meeting, we will advise all those who have booked tickets in advance of the meeting and we will then make alternative arrangements to ensure due process. This will probably be an online proposal and voting arrangement. Thus booking a ticket will ensure that you are kept up to date with progress and able to take part.
