Chaleur Creative in combination with community organizations in Boise Idaho present the 2020 LGBT Career Fair at Courtyard by Marriott Boise Downtown. Please join us for the evening of January 24th as we host job seekers on-site looking to connect with LGBT inclusive companies.

Timeline:

• Load In: 4PM
• Job Seekers Arrive: 5PM
• Load Out Start: 7PM
• Off Site: 8PM

Should you or your employees/attendees be in need of accommodation, please let us know. We provide areas where needed including: lactation room, food allergies or sensitivities, egress assistance and more. We are happy to accommodate where possible.

This is an LGBT focused career fair. Once booked, we will ask for your companies statement of LGBT inclusion and/or external LGBT marketing efforts around employee attraction, training and/or retention. Should you not be able to provide this information, your business will be refunded the amount paid, less processing fees where applicable, and asked to participate at a later time when you are able to provide this information.

We want to ensure that all inclusive companies have an opportunity to participate in the LGBT Career Fair. Should your company have a reduced budget and would like to participate, please reach out and we can work with you. We have limited availability of tables within this space, so please register early.

Location: Courtyard by Marriott Boise Downtown - 222 Broadway Ave, Boise, ID 83702

Parking: Parking is available via the on-site parking lot, in surrounding parking garages or on the street. Please plan accordingly as parking is not included in the registration.

Move in / Move Out: Move in and move out will occur one hour before and be completed by 1 hour after the event is complete.

Sponsorship Levels:

• Bronze $300 - (1) 6' table and 2 chairs provided on site. Light refreshments provided. Location in Bronze/Silver area of the Career Fair. WiFi available on-site at no cost.
• Silver $750 - All Bronze Level items. Plus online listing of categories of jobs hiring for along with link to careers page for company. (Most companies choose this link to be the LGBT recruitment site)
• Premier $1500 - All Bronze and Silver level items plus Premier placement in high traffic area with small networking area in front of booths for additional attendee interaction. Targeted marketing to the positions you would like to hire for.
