Manchester Pride Conference 2020

The theme for our 2020 Conference is 'A Voice For All', giving a platform and drawing focus to those whose voices often go unheard.

About this Event - REGISTER 

The event will see Manchester Pride shine a spotlight on a number of important topics and issues that do not receive the coverage and attention they deserve, both within and outside of LGBTQ+ & non-LGBTQ+ communities and spaces, in mainstream media and beyond. The day will be broken down to invite delegates to be part of many important conversations, panels, workshops, speeches and discussions aiming to educate and inspire change.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Gina Battye, a world-renowned LGBT+ Inclusion, Psychological Safety and Intersectionality Consultant. Gina will be giving organisations practical advice on how they support and champion LGBTQ+ people within their organisation.

SPECIAL GUEST DISCUSSION

Travis Alabanza, noted as one of the most prominent emerging queer voices, Alabanza visibility an artistic practice has placed them as one of the more public trans political voices in the UK, being awarded the Gay times Future Fighter Award, and listed in the Evening Standard as one of the most influential under 25 year olds in the UK
