Join the CIPD on our march for Diversity and Inclusion at the London Pride Parade Festival 2018

The CIPD invites you to join us for the 2019 Pride in London parade, where we will be marching for more inclusive workplaces and societies. We have 90 spaces to fill so, please come along and bring your family, friends, volunteers and members! 

The UK’s biggest and boldest Pride Festival takes place on Saturday 6th July 2018. 1 million people took part last year.

Come along and celebrate with us under the CIPD’s banner of Championing Better Work and Working Lives.

Full details regarding meeting points and marching route will be provided with your sign up confirmation email and prior to the event.

LGBT pride is the positive stance against discrimination and violence toward lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people to promote their self-affirmation, dignity, equality rights, increase their visibility as a social group, build community, and celebrate sexual diversity and gender variance. Pride, as opposed to shame and social stigma, is the predominant outlook that bolsters most LGBT rights movements throughout the world.
