Mental health and wellbeing, especially for LGBTQ+ people, can be a difficult topic. This is often compounded in the workplace, where poor mental health is one of the leading causes of lost days, as staff take time to recover their mental wellbeing.
In this panel, we'll be discussing and exploring how we can improve mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, and the experiences of our panelists in working to overcome the barriers to good mental health. Join us on the 13th of May at 16:00 BST when we'll be sitting down to talk to speakers from mental health charities about their work, advice, and insight on how we can lift up ourselves and our colleagues in the workplace. We'll also be joined by teams that have developed mental health apps, and will be listening to their tips and suggestions on things we can do to help keep our mental health and wellbeing on track and in the positive as we continue to go to work and balance this against our wellbeing.
