During this half day training event you will:

• Have a basic and short recap of LGBT+ inclusive language and terminology;
• Perform an LGBT+ inclusion audit of existing pastoral services and work-shopping simple and effective ways to offer a visibly inclusive service;
• Role-playing a range of scenarios of young people seeking support;
• Signposting and linking to appropriate external organisations for further support.

This course is suitable for any person with a responsibility for the emotional well-being of pupils or students.
