This Open@Work we will talk about the diversity policy of The Belgian Railways taking into account the impact of the new gender registration law. How do trans employees at the Belgian Railways experience this? In which way can professionals, like çavaria and KliQ, assist? We will also present a practical coaching guide for trans employees used by the Belgian Federal Government.

You will be offered a welcome drink and a walking dinner afterwards to give you the opportunity to network and share ideas.

Open@Work is a joint initiative of Accenture, KliQ vzw, BNP Paribas Fortis, BELDEFRAC & .beproud!, ING, AXA, the Government of Flanders, NMBS-SNCB, Infrabel, HR-Rail and Trainbow Belgium, aiming at connecting LGBT+ people and support networks across companies.
