TICKETS 

Get ready for our first pot-luck dinner. Upon receiving your positive reply, you will be assigned a main course, hors d’oevres, dessert or salad to bring and share with the group.

Following one of our famous “icebreakers” we’ll sit down to dinner around 7:30 (you should arrive at 7pm) to taste everyone’s specialties. Drinks will be provided by Organizer.

After dinner, we’ll play a game of Gay Jeopardy. Some of the ‘answers’ are risqué, so there will be a separate area for those who don’t want to participate.

Then we will break up to mix and mingle. The party should be over around 10pm.

Tickets are $15 to cover drinks and my costs. Tickets can be purchased at xxx. We must have a minimum of 6 reservations to hold the party. If we need to cancel, you will get your ticket fee refunded.

I CAN BE RECOGNIZED WITH PRIDE BEADS AROUND MY NECK AND MY NAMETAG. PLEASE COME UP AND INTRODUCE YOURSELF. ) Upon entry to the building, please check in with the Concierge to get access to the elevator. I am in 4J.

What can I bring into the event?

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR ASSIGNED FOOD CONTRIBUTION TO THE POT LUCK DINNER.

What's the refund policy?

NO REFUNDS EXCEPT IF ORGANIZER CANCELS EVENT. IF AT LEAST 5 PEOPLE DO NOT REPLY 'YES' BY THE DEADLINE, THE EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ONLINE.
