Aimed at HR and Equality professionals, the Wellbeing & Inclusion series will include three sessions per year on current workplace topics and will provide participants with the opportunity to network, hear from topic experts and learn from leading-edge business best practice.

This session will be facilitated by Fergal McFerran, Client Account Manager from Stonewall, an national organisation founded in 1989 that campaigns for equality for all lesbian, gay, bi and trans people.

The session will consist of a presentation and discussion around what employers in Northern Ireland can and should be doing for employees to ensure they are LGBT inclusive. It will provide you with the advice and resources you need to help develop a transitioning at work policy in your workplace. You will also have the opportunity to hear from a best practice employer who is leading the way in this field.
