Retired Olympian and Team GB gold and bronze medallist Anyika Onuora will be speaking about her experiences as an athlete and of the wider world of sport and sports media alongside Gurmej Singh Pawar, chairman of Barford Tigers Hockey Club and co-founder of the 'All in Movement' to make hockey inclusive.

From Euro 2020 to the Olympics, it is a summer where race has taken centre stage be it through footballers taking the knee in protest, issues of race around who gets to compete in Tokyo or the abuse of fans and players due to the colour of their skin.

Expect an honest discussion with Anyika and Gurmej about their achievements in sport, the barriers that must be overcome for ethnic minorities specifically and the greater role the media can play through our coverage.
