LGBT Great is a specialist membership organisation focused on measuring and improving LGBT+ diversity and inclusion maturity within the investment and savings industry through insights, visibility and outreach programs. Their vision is a global investment and savings industry which understands, supports and promotes LGBT+ diversity and inclusion. The organisation aims to achieve a greater level of LGBT+ maturity across firms by delivering innovative insights, visibility and outreach programs along with metrics to track and monitor progress.  

A key initiative of LGBT Great is Project 1000 which is a five year drive to shine a light on 1000 LGBT+ and allies working within our profession. The CFA UK is proud to be collaborating with LGBT Great in September to bring you an informative Webinar on the progress of the LGBT+ agenda across global investment and savings firms.

Join us on this Webinar to discover more about the work of LGBT Great and to learn more about how you can help further the progress too. LGBT Great’s Managing Director Matthew Cameron will share an overview of LGBT Great along with insights of their research data whilst making a strong case as to why LGBT+ diversity and inclusion can act as a positive business and people enhancer.
