 Eliane Coudoro, CRM Manager, FARFETCH 

Eliane Coudoro is a CRM Manager at FARFETCH. Born and raised in Germany, she started her career in Berlin and later moved to London to experience a life outside of Germany, a more inclusive and diverse workplace and to seek for better career development opportunities. 
Now at FARFETCH, she is part of an ever-growing CRM team while overseeing her own team. Her role focuses on the strategic and operative delivery of data-driven as well as audience-led communication.

 

Larissa Duarte, Social Media Executive, FARFETCH 

Larissa Duarte is a 22-year-old social media executive and stylist. Larissa joined FARFETCH 3.5 years ago and her role within the company is to look after our day-to-day content on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. As well as to collaborate with other departments such as our influencer team and editorial team to build and plan brand campaigns and projects.
Larissa started at FARFETCH at the age of 18 as a Christmas temp, eager to get into the fashion industry and three years later she has grown within the company and fallen in love with the people and the culture


Dwayne Paisley-Marshall, Creative Technologist, FARFETCH

Dwayne Paisley-Marshall is a creative technologist at FARFETCH, alongside a proud Black Employee Network member. He has over 10 years of experience in development (Marketing), with this Dwayne has learnt to empathise with all areas of marketing.
Dwayne set up Anti-racists groups in his church community alongside developing Anti-racists material. Dwayne is passionate about having discussions on race and helping people to become Anti-racist allies. Dwayne believes it important not to only feel appalled by an injustice but to do something about it, big or small.


Amreen Makhtar, Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, FARFETCH 

Amreen Makhtar works as part of the Talent Acquisition team at FARFETCH, focusing on bringing onboard Marketing, Creative and Brand talent. Previously, she has worked in the recruitment industry, agency side and at L’Oreal. 
At FARFETCH, Amreen has worked on supporting the creation of the UK Talent Strategy for Conscious Inclusion, focusing on training managers across the business and creating partnerships with external networks to support diversity and inclusion initiatives.


Rasida Begum, SEO Manager, Browns 

Rasida Begum leads SEO at Browns as manager for organic search (SEO) and App Store Optimisations. After studying marketing in University and being interested in digital marketing from coding to blogging she decided to pursue a career in the field.  
In addition she is the co-chair of ROTA, Race on the Agenda. This FARFETCH People Community at Browns was started to create a space for POC to share ideas, challenges and to celebrate different cultures. The goal is to drive awareness of the diverse community, promote equal opportunity and share ROTA’s voice to drive actionable change.
