This event brings together our staff equality networks to co-design the future of the newtorks, share concerns and ideas and help the Trust improve on equality and inclusion. There will be speakers from a range of organisations and perspectives to inspire us, and workshops to develop our ideas.

The event will close with a light lunch and networking opportunities.

This is open to all Medway NHS Foundation staff who are interested in helping the Trust improve on equality and inclusion, but especially staff who are BAME (Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic), Disabled, or LGBT+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and other sexual or gender minorities).

People from other NHS organisations are also welcome, as are people from BAME, Disability and LGBT Staff Networks in Medway and Kent.
