Now more than ever, supporting people who identify as ‘trans’ (an umbrella term to describe people whose gender is not the same as, or does not sit comfortably with, the sex they were assigned at birth) is something employers need to be increasingly aware of and committed to.

This informal ‘tea and talk’ session is aimed at generating discussion around supporting trans individuals in the workplace. This is a great opportunity for managers and business owners to come along to the Staying Well at Work Centre to receive information and share experiences of supporting trans people and looking at how we can make workplaces more inclusive and understanding.

There will also be information available on local LGBT+ groups and charities that can offer information and support

Nod y sesiwn 'te a siarad' anffurfiol yma yw ennyn trafodaeth ynghylch cefnogi unigolion traws yn y gweithle. Bydd gwybodaeth hefyd ar gael am grwpiau LGBT+ ac elusennau lleol a all gynnig gwybodaeth a chefnogaeth.
