Village Greene Network Event
Our third network event is almost here! REGISTER
After two successful events in London and Leeds, we're now moving to the midlands and would love to see you there.
Our aim for the event is to create a relaxed and socialble environment for team members from across the company to come together and show support for the LGBT+ community at Greene King.
This event is going to be focused on the topic of transgender, and so we're lining up a few speakers to talk on the subject, as well as a local Birmingham charity that we'll be supporting on the night - so please bring some loose change!
The event is not exclusive for the LGBT+ community, we welcome allies to come along too!
The event will be hosted at Greene King pub The Malt House which is right in the city centre and about a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station (New Street Station).
Agenda for the event
5pm - Arrival drinks
5.30pm - A few short talks from speakers (internal and external)
6.30pm - Entertainment

- There's no dresscode, come in what you feel comforable in

Expenses
Travel expenses can be claimed back for the event.
Salaried employees: claim back via Concur and then email [email protected] with the cost so it can be moved over
non-salaried employees:
- Fill in the attached PEV form and have this signed off by their line manager (they will need to attach any substantiating receipts to the form) - request the PEV form from [email protected]
- Manager compensates them via cash from the safe.
- The pub manager will then need to claim this back on Aztec as an expense and scan in the paperwork onto pub scanning under 'Petty cash expenses
