Why do we need a purpose?
If we think of our values as the guardrails for how we live our life (make decisions, act, and react), then purpose functions more as a north star, as one overarching, ultimate goal that guides us. Purpose is like setting your own long-term strategy of what you’d like to achieve in life. It can be a bit daunting, but once you identify it and embed it you’re guaranteed to quickly start making more meaningful and rewarding decisions.
During this three-hour workshop, we will be exploring your own personal purpose and unique narrative. We want you to feel empowered with the new information you’re going to uncover and leave with actionable steps towards setting yourself new goals in life. You will take part in various creative and interactive workshops to help you focus on the possibilities, and we’ll be encouraging you to use your imagination to discover brand new perspectives.
Other benefits of this workshop.
One of the main tools we will use is being able to envision yourself and others in different ways. This is a fundamental practice and skill for effective and compassionate:
· Self-reflection and enquiry
· Leadership and change management
· Conflict resolution (internal and external)
· Personal growth and development
We'll be incorporating tried and tested practices such as journaling, group sharing, self-enquiry, breathwork and meditation. These will be interspersed with key teachings and coaching techniques.
