THEYSOSers (Our LGBTQ+ Network)

At ASOS, everyone’s welcome. To share, to talk, to ask questions, to be seen. And we’ve created a community which embraces and celebrates all LGBTQ+ ASOSers and allies. A safe space where everyone can have the confidence to be whoever they want to be. Through this network we turn the volume up on LGBTQ+ voices to educate, inform, empower, and provide a safe space for all.

THEYSOSers is our dedicated LGBTQ+ workplace equality network, providing specific wellbeing resources for our LGBTQ+ ASOSers and running regular education and awareness sessions for all our people. We also attend London, Berlin & Belfast Pride 🏳️‍🌈

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion @ ASOS

We understand how important it is to put meaningful action behind all that we do and we’re constantly working on ways to support positive change – both internally and externally. Here are some of the ways we’re doing this:

We’ve committed to reaching the following by 2030:

- At least 50% female representation at leadership level.

- Over 15% Black, Asian & minority ethnic representation at leadership level (UK average representation is 14%).

- Over 40% female representation in engineering, product and science (technology) roles by 2030.

- No statistically significant difference in engagement scores across demographics.

We’re proud members of Inclusive Companies, are Disability Confident Committed and have signed the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter. We’ve also recently been placed 8th in the Inclusive Top 50 Companies Employer List too.

Through harnessing best practice and innovation, we want to empower all our people and create a place where every ASOSer has the confidence to be themselves, without judgement, right now and in the future. We have several employee networks that operate as safe spaces, to help support and celebrate our people – find out more here.
