Who we are
We design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical information technology the world depends on every day. Our business quite literally powers the vital systems that run banks, stock markets, airlines, automotive and healthcare companies, governments and more. Our employees and our partners are critical to us, and we prioritize business decisions that put people first. That’s why our mission is to be a technology services company that is both a partner to our customers and an employer of choice.
How we work
Core to our culture is maintaining an inclusive, engaging and flexible work environment for our employees. We have embraced a flexible workplace policy that helps Kyndryl employees achieve business results and work-life balance.
Our benefits reflect feedback from Kyndryls on how we can best support them and their families. Kyndryl ‘Be Well’ is our global program providing comprehensive benefits, programs and services for the physical, mental, social and financial well-being of Kyndryls and their families.
Career and skills development are at the heart of Kyndryl and an essential part of The Kyndryl Way. Our employee learning programs provide access to some of the best learning in the industry and certifications for Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Skillsoft and many more. More than 30,000 employees have received certificates from our alliance partners like VMware, Cisco, Red Hat, Azure and AWS.
We empower Kyndryls to embed inclusion, diversity and equity in every aspect of our business for a diverse workforce and inclusive, equitable culture that delivers exceptional service for our customers and advances the vital systems that power human progress.
We are empathetic and devoted global citizens who strive to make the world better and more inclusive for our employees, customers and our communities.
All Kyndryl employees were given an opportunity to help name our Business Resource Groups. The name Kyndryl Inclusion Networks was chosen.
Kyndryl Inclusion Networks (KINs) are company-sponsored, employee-led resource groups organized around a shared identity such as race, gender, sexual identity, or disability dedicated to creating spaces where Kyndryls can find and provide support and advice.
Supported by senior-level executive sponsors, KINs support our ID&E strategic priorities. They play a vital role in our inclusive environment where Kyndryls are valued and empowered to succeed.
Participation is voluntary and open to all employees who support the objectives of the group, regardless of their origin or background.
Our companywide, enterprise-level KINs include:
• Asian & Pacific Islander
• BeKIN (Black)
• Hispanic / Latino
• LGBTQ+
• NATIV (Native / Indigenous / First Nations)
• True Ability (People with Disabilities (PwD)/Neurodiversity)
• WIN (Women)
Local KIN chapters exist in several countries, and additional KINs have been formed based on unique, local business and employee needs. For example, our U.S. and Canada teams have formed Veteran KINs.
