About Optum’s LGBTQ+ / Inclusion Network

We are excited to announce the launch of a dedicated Ireland and UK Pride ERG in Q3 of 2024. Our goal is to create an inclusive, inviting, and affirming space that empowers, motivates, and inspires all members. This ERG will promote the visibility and well-being of LGBTQ+ employees, their allies, their families, and the communities we serve. We are committed to providing a centralised platform for sharing our collective experiences as individuals with diverse sex, gender, orientational, or affectional identities. Together, we aim to transform the larger community inside and outside of Optum for the better.
