DE&I Committees at Prinova Nagase Group
A DEI committee is a small group of employees (usually around 7-15) from all departments of the organisation that take the reins of the DEI journey.
They help explain, promote, and encourage the DEI mission / charter
They also have an important role in holding the organisation accountable and ensuring the work remains a priority.
Our committee will function as advisors to leadership. We like to think of committee members as “diversity champions.”

The committee is charged with researching, developing, proposing ideas, and leading projects that will improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in our company and our communities. The committee will ensure that education, training, and volunteer opportunities are part of the learning journey of all employees related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
